		<description>well done for sticking with it! sound like you are looking after yourself too, which is important (ie taking time off work &amp; taking proactive steps to getting sleep).

i have been completely off them for about 3 weeks now. still getting dizziness and occasional nausea but its definitely less than it was, so hopefully another week and it&#039;ll be gone.
